AC Power Clause Samples

The AC Power clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the provision and use of alternating current (AC) electrical power in the context of an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies who is responsible for supplying AC power, the standards or specifications the power must meet, and any limitations or conditions on its use, such as voltage levels or access points. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of how AC power will be provided and maintained, thereby preventing disputes or interruptions related to electrical supply during the performance of the contract.
AC Power. Contractor shall perform continuity checks and voltage measurements to verify that the power circuits are installed properly.
AC Power. Exhibitors requiring power at their booth must have at least one 30-foot extension cord to reach wall outlets. Should you require two or more outlets for your display, you must also bring a power bar and/or a multi-outlet device.
AC Power amp four-plex AC receptacle will be available within reach of WinStar's Equipment. AC power and outlets for use with test equipment only and is not provided to operate the Equipment. This AC power is not provided over an Uninterruptable Power Source (UPS).
AC Power. 1.2.1 A 20-amp four-plex AC receptacle will be available within reach of Cogent’s Equipment. AC power and outlets for use with test equipment only and is not provided to operate the Equipment. This AC power is not provided over an Uninterruptable Power Source (UPS). 1.2.2 AC power supply to Cogent equipment is backed by generator where available, but is not UPS. This excludes utility outlets described in the immediately preceding subsection 1.2.1.
AC Power. Alternating current outlets, in the voltages and capacities agreed upon by the Parties, will be available in the shared areas within the buildings. The services for the installation and maintenance the AC power systems shall be made by the USER’s qualified technicians, or its subcontractors. The corresponding projects shall be submitted to the OWNER’s approval and the installation work will be monitored by the latter. The USER shall supply all the information required for the drawing up of these projects. With the exception of corrective maintenance and force majeure, the OWNER shall, notify the USER in advance of the interruptions in the power supply, for preventive maintenance purposes.
AC Power. A. A 20-amp four-plex AC receptacle will be provided in each caged collocate area and for every third relay rack per relay-rack lineup. The AC protective grounds serving all 120V AC electrical convenience receptacles and direct-wired peripheral equipment located in the isolated ground zone (IGZ) should be connected directly to the ground window busbar (GWB). These conductors shall be sized in accordance with normal "green wire" criteria and, for identification purposes, both ends of each appearance shall be marked with a single-width, two-layer wrap of yellow plastic tape. In addition, tags shall be used at the GWB connection and at each terminating point to indicate the green wire is a "GWB isolated ground wire." All such circuits must terminate in Isolated #5262-IG orange receptacles. These receptacles have green wire ground lugs that are electrically isolated from their metal mounting tabs.
AC Power. Provide detailed information regarding electrical loads at each location and the type of power required.
