Overage Rate definition

Overage Rate. In the event that AOL requests, and Consultant provides, more than the Monthly Maximum Hours in any month, AOL shall pay [***] dollars ($[***]) per hour (the “Overage Rate”) for all hours provided above the Monthly Maximum Hours.
