Chief of Service definition

Chief of Service means the medical staff member duly appointed or elected in accordance with these bylaws to serve as the head of a service.
Chief of Service means the Physician, Dentist or Midwife appointed by the Chief of a Department to be in charge of one of an organized service of a Department;
Chief of Service means a Medical Staff member who has been appointed in accordance with these Bylaws and has the qualifications and responsibilities for administration of the specified clinical services.
