Monthly Cap definition

Monthly Cap means the sum of the tons of the pollutant in question emitted during all periods of operation from Sammis Units 1 through 5 in a calendar month, including the pollutants emitted during periods of startup and shutdown, and Malfunction.
Monthly Cap means the maximum amount that a family will be required to pay per month for early intervention services regardless of the charge or charges or number of different types, frequency or length of services a child and family receive.
Monthly Cap has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b) of this Agreement.

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Period Servicing Amount means, for any twelve month period with respect to each of the Shared-Loss Agreements during which the loss-sharing provisions of the applicable Shared-Loss Agreement are in effect, the product of (i) the simple average of the principal amount of Shared-Loss Loans and Shared-Loss Assets (other than the Shared-Loss Securities) (in each case as defined in the Shared-Loss Agreements), as the case may be, at the beginning of such period and at the end of such period times (ii) one percent (1%).

  • Monthly salary means the gross amount paid to a participant making a claim under s. 40.65, at the time he or she becomes disabled within the meaning of s. 40.65 (4), by the employer in whose employ the injury occurred or the disease was contracted.   • Monthly Distribution Date means the "Distribution Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
