Change Order Request Form definition

Change Order Request Form means a written statement signed by each of the Parties setting forth the terms of a change order as set forth in Section 5.0.
Change Order Request Form means the form for requesting amendments to the relevant Work Plan in the same or similar form as that set out in Schedule 3 which shall include details of the change’s impact on timetable, scope and price;
Change Order Request Form means attachment J1 to Schedule J completed in the manner prescribed in the Change Order Procedure authorising a change in the Contractor Services;

Examples of Change Order Request Form in a sentence

  • The Executive Director may direct a final site plan to the Planning Commission according to the procedures of Section 2-3.3.b. At the request of the applicant, a final site plan shall be forwarded to the Planning Commission for decision, including reversal of the decision of the Executive Director.b. Major Revisions.

Related to Change Order Request Form

  • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • Advance Request Form means a certificate, in a form approved by Lender, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting a Revolving Credit Advance.

  • Change Order means a written order to the Contractor signed by the Contracting Officer, issued after execu- tion of the Contract, authorizing a change in the term or scope of the Contract.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Work request means a document prepared by the Contractor which describes over and above work being proposed.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Request for Payment means a payment application or declaration of expenditure submitted by the Member State to the Commission;

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Template Order Form means the template form in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.

  • Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Licensee thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.

  • Purchase Request or "purchase requisition" means that document whereby a using

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Release Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Disbursement Schedule means the disbursement schedule as set out in an FAA;

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • Proposed Change Order (PCO means a document that informs Contractor of a proposed change in the Work and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change including Contractor’s response of pricing for the proposed change.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Direct Debit Request means the Direct Debit Request between Us and You.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Request for Proposals (RFP means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Construction Drawings means those drawings containing the technical details associated with the design, construction and installation of the Infrastructure;

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;
