Draw Request means a notice in the form of Exhibit "B" given by the Borrower to the Agent for the purpose of requesting an Advance.

Draw Request means, with respect to each Advance, Borrower’s Requisition for such Advance, along with such other documents required by this Agreement to be furnished to Lender as a condition to such Advance.

More Definitions of Draw Request

Draw Request means a properly completed and executed written application by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto (or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent) setting forth the amount of Construction Loan Advance proceeds desired, together with such schedules, affidavits, releases, waivers, statements, invoices, bills and other documents, certificates and information as may be required by the Administrative Agent.

Draw Request means, with respect to each Construction Loan Advance, an Advance Request together with all other documents required by the Mortgage Loan Agreement to be furnished to Mortgage Lender as a condition to such Construction Loan Advance.

Draw Request means a request for an advance against the Construction Note prior to the Conversion Date, submitted by the Borrower to the Lender and the Disbursing Agent, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Disbursing Agreement.

Draw Request has the meaning set forth in Section 1 of Exhibit “F”.

Draw Request means a Draw Request and Certificate in the form of Exhibit 4 to this CMA.

Draw Request means a completed request, substantially in form of Exhibit J attached hereto or such other form reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, from Borrower to Administrative Agent requesting an Advance, together with such other documents and information as Administrative Agent may require from time to time, in its sole but reasonable business judgment discretion.

Draw Request means a completed, written request for an Advance from Borrower to Lender, which request shall be in form reasonably satisfactory to Lender, and shall be accompanied by such other documents and information as Lender may require or specify from time to time.
