Code Enforcement Official definition

Code Enforcement Official means the director of health or a person authorized by him to act on his behalf, the local housing code official or a person authorized by him to act on his behalf, or an agent of the commissioner.
Code Enforcement Official means a person who performs any enforcement activity.
Code Enforcement Official or “CEO” means an authorized City official designated to issue municipal civil infraction citations or municipal civil infraction notices as provided by this Article, perform inspections, or take any other action authorized by this Article.

Code Enforcement Official means an official charged with the enforcement and/or administration of this article.
Code Enforcement Official means the person who has been designated, in writing, by the city manager to enforce this article.

Code Enforcement Official means the Board of Health Agent, the Building Commissioner, the Inspector of Buildings, Assistant Inspector of Buildings and the Fire Chief; or their designees.
