Governmental sign definition

Governmental sign means a sign installed or placed by any political subdivision, municipal corporation or junior taxing district of the state or any entity having taxing authority granted to it by state statute.
Governmental sign means a sign erected and maintained pursuant to and in discharge of any governmental function or required by any law, ordinance, or governmental regulation.
