Car Club Spaces definition

Car Club Spaces means a minimum of two (2) parking spaces to be provided on the Land as part of the Development the location of which shall be approved or deemed to be approved in accordance with Part 5 of Schedule 3 and which parking spaces shall be made available for use by the Car Club at no cost to the Council;
Car Club Spaces means one parking space (unless an alternative number is otherwise agreed between the Council and the Owners in writing) to be provided on the Land as part of the Development and to be made available for use in accordance with the Travel Plan at no cost to the Council;
Car Club Spaces means the 10 parking spaces to be provided within the Development (as secured by planning condition [47]) and the reference to Car Club Space shall mean any one of the 10 car club spaces “Car Club Vehicles” means the 10 car club vehicles to funded by the Developer as part of the Car Club

  • Prior to or at the same time as the submission of each Reserved Matters Application the Developer shall submit to the Council for approval the Car Club Scheme for the delivery of and arrangements for Car Club Spaces to be provided in that part of the Development comprised in such Reserved Matters Application such Car Club Scheme to be in accordance with the Car Club Principles.

Related to Car Club Spaces

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.

  • parking ticket means a parking ticket, season ticket, residents parking permit or waiver of any kind (including medical practitioner waiver, Tradesman’s Waiver and Daily Visitors’ Parking Cards).

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;
