Capitalized Software definition

Capitalized Software of any Person shall mean, for any period, all expenditures (whether paid in cash or accrued as liabilities during such period) of such Person which would be classified as capitalized software in accordance with GAAP.
Capitalized Software means at any date, the amount of the asset shown as Purchased and Developed Software on a consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries prepared in accordance with GAAP.
Capitalized Software means all costs involved in the development, improvement or enhancement of new or existing proprietary software that are not expensed as incurred.
