Company’s Business definition
Company’s Business means the business of operating a commercial or retail bank, savings association, mutual thrift, credit union, trust company, securities brokerage or insurance agency.
Company’s Business means the businesses conducted by the Company or its subsidiaries at the time of the termination of Executive’s employment over which he has primary responsibility at the time of the termination of his employment (it being agreed and understood that other aspects of the businesses conducted by the Company or its subsidiaries is not within such definition).
Company’s Business has the meaning ascribed to it in recital “B.” hereinabove;

In order to protect Company’s Confidential Information, Consultant agrees that during the Term of this Agreement, Consultant shall not manage, operate, join, control or participate in the ownership, management, operation or control of, or is connected to as an employee, shareholder, director, manager, member, consultant, adviser, volunteer, partner or otherwise, whether for compensation or not, any entity that engages in Company’s Business (as defined below).
In addition, Consultant agrees that, during the term of this Agreement, Consultant will not perform, or agree to perform, any services for any third party that engages in the Company’s Business (as defined in section 6.5 below).
More Definitions of Company’s Business
Company’s Business means the Company’s Business as conducted during the term of this Agreement and all products planned, researched, developed, tested, manufactured, sold, licensed, leased or otherwise distributed or put into use by the Company or any of its Affiliates, together with all services provided or planned by the Company or any of its Affiliates, during your relationship with the Company.
Company’s Business means the development, manufacture, marketing, distribution, or sale of, including research directed to, any product, service, or technology that the Company is developing, manufacturing, marketing, distributing, or selling or to which the Company directed research at any time during Employee’s employment with the Company. As of the date of this Agreement, the Company’s Business includes, but is not limited to, research directed to and the development, manufacture, marketing, distribution, and/or sale of: (i) isolated size and/or shape controlled pharmaceutical or therapeutic particles fabricated from a mold, including products of or containing the isolated size and/or shape controlled pharmaceutical or therapeutic particles fabricated from a mold; (ii) size and/or shape controllable pharmaceutical or therapeutic particles molded using a polymer or low surface energy mold; (iii) film based products of or containing arrays of size and/or shape controlled structures molded from a low surface energy mold; (iv) isolated nano or micro size and/or shape controlled particles fabricated from a mold, including products of or containing the isolated size and/or shape controlled particles fabricated from a mold; (v) nano or micro size and/or shape controllable particles molded using a polymer or low surface energy mold; or (vi) patterned drum fabrication and mold for manufacturing the products of (i)-(v) above. The Employee understands that during the Employee’s employment with the Company, the Company’s Business may expand or change, and the Employee agrees that any such expansions or changes shall expand or contract the definition of the Company’s Business and the Employee’s obligations under this Agreement accordingly.
Company’s Business means, collectively, the products and services provided by the Employer, including the following:
Company’s Business means the business of providing specialty financial products to nonprofit incorporated community associations in the states in which the Company has conducted business.
Company’s Business means:
(i) any business activity that would be the same or competitive with any business activity engaged in by AGNC, the Company or any of their subsidiaries or any Company Managed Fund during the term of the Executive’s employment; and
(ii) the provision of management, advisory or other investment services to mortgage real estate investment trusts or any other investment vehicles that engage primarily in the acquisition, trading, sales, financing, investment or management of mortgage-backed securities or other real estate assets.
Company’s Business means, collectively, the products and services provided by the Company or the Bank or any other affiliate of the Company, including, but not limited to, lending activities (including individual loans consisting primarily of home equity lines of credit, residential real estate loans, and/or consumer loans, and commercial loans, including lines of credit, real estate loans, letters of credit, and lease financing) and depository activities (including noninterest-bearing demand, NOW, savings and money market, and time deposits), debit and ATM cards, merchant cash management, internet banking, treasury services, (including investment management, wholesale funding, interest rate risk, liquidity and leverage management and capital markets products) and other general banking services.
Company’s Business means the design, manufacture, installation, servicing, and/or sale of one or more of the following and any related products and/or services: lighting fixtures and systems; lighting control components and systems (including but not limited to dimmers, switches, relays, programmable lighting controllers, sensors, timers, and range extenders for lighting and energy management and other purposes); building management and/or control systems; commercial building lighting controls; intelligent building automation and energy management technologies, products, software and solutions with respect to HVAC systems and HVAC controls and sensors; motorized shading and blind controls; building security and access control and monitoring for fire and life safety; emergency lighting fixtures and systems (including but not limited to exit signs, emergency light units, inverters, back-up power battery packs, and combinations thereof); battery powered and/or photovoltaic lighting fixtures; electric lighting track units; hardware for mounting and hanging electrical lighting fixtures; aluminum, steel and fiberglass fixture poles for electric lighting; light fixture lenses; sound and electromagnetic wave receivers and transmitters; flexible and modular wiring systems and components (namely, flexible branch circuits, attachment plugs, receptacles, connectors and fittings); LED drivers and other power supplies; daylighting systems including but not limited to prismatic skylighting and related controls; organic LED products and technology; medical and patient care lighting devices and systems; indoor positioning products and technology; sensor based information networks; distributed software services; and any wired or wireless communications and monitoring hardware or software related to any of the above.
