Business Activity. As long as this Note shall remain outstanding, Maker shall make no change in its business activity that would make it or any of its business activities non-compliant with SBA regulations and guidelines.
Business Activity. Except as set forth in Schedule VIII, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is engaged in any line of business that is not related to the healthcare industry other than the sale of life insurance in connection with the sale of medical insurance or other healthcare services, sale of long term care insurance, or any business or activity which is immaterial to the Company and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis.
Business Activity. For a period of one year following the Second Closing under the Purchase Agreement the Company shall not change the nature of its business activity if such change would render the Company ineligible as provided in 13 C.F.R. Section 107.720.
