Licensed Intellectual Property definition

Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property licensed to the Company or any Subsidiary pursuant to the Company IP Agreements.
Licensed Intellectual Property means any and all Intellectual Property owned by a third party and licensed or sublicensed (or purported to be licensed or sublicensed) to either the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or for which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has obtained a covenant not to be sued.
Licensed Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property that any Seller or the Indian Entity is licensed or otherwise permitted by other Persons to use or otherwise exploit, in each case in connection with the Business.
