JV Company definition

JV Company means any company or undertaking:

JV Company means any current and/or future company or partnership in which the Issuer (directly or indirectly) holds an ownership interest, incorporated or established for the purpose of owning, developing and/or constructing any maritime operating vessel or any other operation which is substantially within the business that the Group is conducting at the date of this Bond Agreement, and which is not a Subsidiary of the Issuer or a member of the HMLP Group.

JV Company means White River Hub, LLC, solely to the extent of Seller’s indirect ownership interest therein.

Examples of JV Company in a sentence

• A foreign bidder in a form of JV will be required to register at Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), as newly incorporated JV Company pursuant to prevailing PEC By-Laws for “Construction & Operation of Engineering Works”.

• LoI, PO and Contract agreement shall be carried out with JV Company.

JV Company means the limited liability company to be formed under the laws of the State of Delaware pursuant to this Agreement that will own, directly or indirectly, the Barrick Contributed Assets and the Newmont Contributed Assets at the Time of Closing as a result of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement;
