Registration Authority definition

Registration Authority or "RA" means an entity approved by a CA to assist Certificate Applicants in applying for, approving, rejecting, or revoking Certificates.
Registration Authority means the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of China, or, in certain cases, other qualified regional Administration for Industry and Commerce.
