Other Licenses. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise upon either Party any license or other right except the licenses and rights expressly granted under this Agreement.
Other Licenses. Either Party can grant licenses to its own Licensed IP to its Affiliates and other Third Parties, subject to the terms of this CCPS Agreement (including the exclusivity and co-exclusivity provided for in the licenses granted in Sections 10.1 and 10.2).
Other Licenses. It is MONSANTO's present intention to minimize --------------- licenses to others in the FIELD and to make commercially reasonable efforts to limit licenses to others in the FIELD to those situations where it is beneficial to MONSANTO in resolving patent issues and related business issues. However, it shall remain solely in MONSANTO's discretion whether or not it will license third parties who may directly compete with NEWCO. In accordance with this AGREEMENT, the granting by MONSANTO of other non-exclusive licenses in PRODUCE PLANTS to third parties shall be permitted.
Other Licenses. Your use of software applications installed on the Server, accessed through the Server, or providing application-sharing functionality may require additional licenses. Please consult the license agreement accompanying such software.
Other Licenses. Content Participant acknowledges that it may require a license under patent claims other than the Necessary Claims licensed under this Agreement to implement the Specifications, including but not limited to the AACS Technology.
Other Licenses. TMLS hereby grants Participant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and royalty-free license during the term of this Agreement to use the TMLS Software and the TMLS Database (excluding the Participant Contribution) (collectively, the “Licensed Materials”), only to the extent expressly permitted by this Agreement and the TMLS Policies and only to deliver real estate brokerage or appraisal services to Participant’s bona fide customers. All uses of the Licensed Materials not expressly authorized in this Agreement and the TMLS Policies are prohibited. Title to the Licensed Materials remains at all times in TMLS and shall not pass to Participant.
Other Licenses. Licensee must have the Airport Director’s prior written consent before engaging in any licensed operation not expressly and specifically permitted by this Agreement, including but not limited to the sale of food, beverages, maps, or newspapers, and may be required as a condition of that consent to pay the County a fee, which may include, but is not necessarily limited to, a percentage of gross revenue.
Other Licenses. The foregoing licenses are granted in addition to, and not in substitution for, any other license granted to DURA, whether pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise.
Other Licenses. Aptevo is solely responsible for providing licenses to all Intellectual Property (other than the Licensed IP) necessary for Emergent to perform services under this Agreement, except for such licenses as would be required for any Third Party Intellectual Property rights that would be infringed by any Facility Improvement or Platform Manufacturing Improvement. To the extent Emergent becomes aware of any Third Party Intellectual Property that is needed to perform the Manufacturing services contemplated herein, Emergent shall provide written notice of such requirement to Aptevo.
