Authorised Retailer definition

Authorised Retailer means a person who is the holder of a Retailer Authorisation in respect of the sale of Gas;

Authorised Retailer means a retailer authorised in writing by the Company to assist the Company in carrying out its operation of, or an employee or staff of the Company engaged and/or appointed by the Company to sell entries to and/or bets, on the Sports Betting Game and any other games as may be authorised by the Company from time to time;

Authorised Retailer means any one of the UK and Republic of Ireland retail stores trading under the following trading names that is authorised by Sage to sell Participating Products and has been invited by the Promoter to participate in the Promotion. Examples of Authorised Retailer in a sentence

• Claimant should verify with the retailer that it is an Authorised Retailer of Sage and participating in this Promotion prior to purchase.

• If you purchase a car or another product or service from one of our Authorised Retailers or Authorised Repairers or if you give them your personal information, you will have a separate relationship with this Authorised Retailer or Authorised Repairer.

• An Authorised Retailer is not authorised to carry out any other acts or make any admissions whatsoever.

• The Commission’s non-opposition to the requested financing is conditioned on DEMCO’s compliance with all terms and conditions of Order No. U-35359 or any other Order issued by this Commission applicable to this financing and/or the AMS upgrades.

Authorised Retailer an Authorised Distributor who has entered into an agreement with TMC to operate at the retail level of trade for the promotion and sale of Products.
