Asset Market Value definition

Asset Market Value means the market value of an Asset, as the Calculation Agent shall determine by reference to an appropriate specialist valuation or in accordance with the methodology determined by the Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee.
Asset Market Value means in respect of each Asset which is a Non-Transferable Instrument, the market value thereof determined by the Calculation Agent either –
