Liquidation Proceeds definition

Liquidation Proceeds. Amounts, including Insurance Proceeds, received in connection with the partial or complete liquidation of defaulted Mortgage Loans, whether through trustee's sale, foreclosure sale or otherwise or amounts received in connection with any condemnation or partial release of a Mortgaged Property and any other proceeds received in connection with an REO Property, less the sum of related unreimbursed Servicing Fees and Advances.
Liquidation Proceeds. Cash received in connection with the liquidation of a defaulted Mortgage Loan, whether through the sale or assignment of such Mortgage Loan, trustee’s sale, foreclosure sale or otherwise, or the sale of the related REO Property, if the Mortgaged Property is acquired in satisfaction of the Mortgage Loan.
Liquidation Proceeds shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

Liquidation Proceeds. The amount (other than Insurance Proceeds or amounts received in respect of the rental of any REO Property prior to REO Disposition) received by the Master Servicer in connection with (i) the taking of all or a part of a Mortgaged Property by exercise of the power of eminent domain or condemnation, (ii) the liquidation of a defaulted Mortgage Loan through a trustee's sale, foreclosure sale or otherwise, or (iii) the repurchase, substitution or sale of a Mortgage Loan or an REO Property pursuant to or as contemplated by Section 2.03, Section 3.16(c), Section 3.23 or Section 9.01.
