The likelihood of a Credit Event occurring in respect of any Reference Entity will generally fluctuate with, among other things, the financial condition and/or other characteristics of such Reference Entity, general economic conditions, the condition of certain financial markets, political events, developments or trends in particular industries and changes in prevailing interest and/or exchange rates.
However, a Reference Entity in relation to which the Issuer has published a Credit Event Notice may become Successor of another Reference Entity in relation to which the Issuer did not publish a Credit Event Notice.
