Investment Grade definition

Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or better by Moody’s (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Moody’s); a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P); and the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any additional Rating Agency or Rating Agencies selected by the Company.
Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or better by Moody’s (or its equivalent under any successor rating category of Moody’s); a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating category of S&P); and a rating of BBB- or better by Fitch (or its equivalent under any successor rating category of Fitch).
Investment Grade means a rating of BBB- or better by Fitch (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Fitch) and BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P) (or, in each case, if such Rating Agency ceases to rate the Notes for reasons outside of the Company’s control, the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any Rating Agency selected by the Company as a replacement Rating Agency).

  • At the time of the making of the Advances, no authorization or approval or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any Governmental Authority or Person will be required for the making of, or the use of the proceeds of such Borrowings or, prior to the Investment Grade Date, the granting of the Liens under the Security Documents (other than filings and notices required under or in Xxxxx Energy Partners, L.P. 3rd Amended/Restated Credit Agreement connection with the Security Documents).

Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or better by Xxxxx’x (or its equivalent under any successor rating category of Xxxxx’x) and a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating category of S&P), and the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any replacement rating agency or rating agencies selected by the Company under the circumstances permitting the Company to select a replacement agency and in the manner for selecting a replacement agency, in each case as set forth in the definition of “Rating Agency.”
Investment Grade means a rating equal to or higher than Baa3 (or the equivalent) by Moody’s; a rating equal to or higher thanBBB- (or the equivalent) by S&P or Fitch; and the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any Replacement Rating Agency or Rating Agencies selected by the Company.

Investment Grade means, with respect to Xxxxx’x, a rating of Baa3 or better (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Moody’s); with respect to S&P, a rating of BBB- or better (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P); and, with respect to any additional Rating Agency or Rating Agencies selected by the Company, the equivalent investment grade credit rating.
Investment Grade means a rating of the Notes by both S&P and Xxxxx’x, each such rating being one of such agency’s four highest generic rating categories that signifies investment grade (i.e. BBB- (or the equivalent) or higher by S&P and Baa3 (or the equivalent) or higher by Xxxxx’x); provided that, in each case, such ratings are publicly available; provided, further, that in the event Xxxxx’x or S&P is no longer in existence for purposes of determining whether the Notes are rated “Investment Grade,” such organization may be replaced by a nationally recognized statistical rating organization (as defined in Rule 436 under the Securities Act) designated by the Company, notice of which shall be given to the Trustee.
