Cash Redemption Amount definition

Cash Redemption Amount means an amount of cash consisting of a Balancing Amount and a Transaction Fee calculated in connection with redemptions.
Cash Redemption Amount means an amount equal to the product of (i) the number of Partnership Units offered for redemption by the Redeeming Partner, multiplied by (ii)(a) the average Daily Market Price of the REIT Shares for the twenty (20) Business Days preceding the Specified Redemption Date multiplied by (b) the Redemption Factor.

Cash Redemption Amount means, as specified in the Issue Terms:
Cash Redemption Amount means an amount equal to the outstanding principal balance (excluding accrued but unpaid interest) of the Undelivered Portion minus the Loss Amount, subject to a minimum of zero divided by the number of outstanding Notes.
