Applicable Credit Event definition

Applicable Credit Event means such of the Credit Events as are applicable to Steinhoff N.V. and its Obligations pursuant to the Credit Derivatives Physical Settlement Matrix published by ISDA, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time (the “Credit Derivatives Matrix”);

Examples of Applicable Credit Event in a sentence

  • Matched Pairs will not be allocated in respect of any CDS Contracts for which the applicable Settlement Method is "Auction Settlement" following the occurrence of any Applicable Credit Event other than a Relevant Restructuring Credit Event.

  • The term " Old Index CDS" means a CDS transaction based on an index where an Applicable Credit Event has occurred in relation to a Component Transaction.

  • Rule 1507Physical Settlement Allocation of Buyers and Sellers: Applicable Credit Events other than Restructuring (a) Following the occurrence of a DC Credit Event Announcement relating to an Applicable Credit Event other than a Relevant Restructuring Credit Event in respect of a CDS Contract, the Clearing House will be obliged, where the Fallback Settlement Method applies to the CDS Contract, to carry out the steps in Rule 1507(b) in accordance with the CDS Procedures.

  • Notice of Publicly Available Information: Applicable Credit Event: Failure to Pay Payment Requirement If the Floating Rate Payer Calculation Amount is JPY, JPY 100,000,000 or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency as of the occurrence of the relevant Failure to Pay.

Related to Applicable Credit Event

  • Available Credit means, at any time, (a) the then effective Revolving Credit Commitments minus (b) the aggregate Revolving Credit Outstandings at such time.

  • Credit Event Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate amount of the Credit Event UPBs of all Credit Event Reference Obligations for the related Reporting Period.

  • Credit Event shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01.

  • Applicable Creditor has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.14(b).

  • Applicable Credit Rating For any long-term deposit or security, a credit rating of "AAA" in the case of S&P or "Aaa" in the case of Xxxxx'x. For any short-term deposit or security, a rating of "A-l+" in the case of S&P or "P-1" in the case of Xxxxx'x.

  • Revolving Credit Extension Request shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(f)(ii).

  • Credit Event Notice means an irrevocable notice from the Issuer or the Swap Counterparty, as the case may be, to the other party (in the form and delivered in the manner described in the Default Swap) that describes a Credit Event that occurred on or after the Effective Date of the Default Swap.

  • Applicable Credit Support Percentage As defined in Section 4.02(e).

  • Credit Event UPB means, with respect to any Credit Event Reference Obligation, the unpaid principal balance thereof as of the end of the Reporting Period related to the Payment Date that it became a Credit Event Reference Obligation.

  • L/C Credit Extension means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the issuance thereof or extension of the expiry date thereof, or the increase of the amount thereof.

  • Applicable Currency means, as to any particular payment or Loan, Dollars or the Offshore Currency in which it is denominated or is payable.

  • Original Applicable Credit Support Percentage With respect to each Class of Subordinate Certificates, the corresponding percentage set forth opposite its Class designation: Class B-1 - 3.10%; Class B-2 - 2.05%; Class B-3 - 1.25%; Class B-4 - 0.80%; Class B-5 - 0.55%; and Class B-6 - 0.35%.

  • Applicable Commitment Percentage means, with respect to each Lender at any time, a fraction, the numerator of which shall be such Lender's Revolving Credit Commitment and the denominator of which shall be the Total Revolving Credit Commitment, which Applicable Commitment Percentage for each Lender as of the Closing Date is as set forth in Exhibit A; provided that the Applicable Commitment Percentage of each Lender shall be increased or decreased to reflect any assignments to or by such Lender effected in accordance with Section 11.1.

  • Tranche C Term Loan as defined in Section 2.1.

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Rate shall mean the percentage rate per annum based on the Leverage Ratio then in effect according to the pricing grid on Schedule 1.1(A) below the heading “Commitment Fee.”

  • L/C Credit Extension means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the issuance thereof or extension of the expiry date thereof, or the increase of the amount thereof.

  • DC Credit Event Announcement means, with respect to the Reference Entity, a public announcement by the DC Secretary that the relevant Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee has Resolved that an event that constitutes a Credit Event has occurred on or after the Credit Event Backstop Date and on or prior to the Extension Date, provided that if the Credit Event occurred after the Scheduled Maturity Date, the DC Credit Event Announcement must relate to the relevant Potential Failure to Pay, in the case of a Grace Period Extension Date, or the relevant Potential Repudiation/Moratorium, in the case of a Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date.

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Margin means, for each Pricing Period, the margin set forth below (expressed in basis points per annum) opposite the Applicable Pricing Level for that Pricing Period: Applicable Pricing Level Margin II 10.0 V 17.5

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Rate means:

  • Revolving Credit Availability Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the Revolving Credit Commitment Termination Date and the date of termination of the Revolving Credit Commitments.

  • Credit Extension Date means the Borrowing Date for an Advance or the issuance date for a Facility LC.

  • Revolving Credit Advance means an advance by a Bank to a Borrower as part of a Revolving Credit Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Rate Advance, each of which shall be a “Type” of Advance.

  • Base Currency Amount means, in relation to a Loan, the amount specified in the Utilisation Request delivered by a Borrower for that Loan (or, if the amount requested is not denominated in the Base Currency, that amount converted into the Base Currency at the Agent’s Spot Rate of Exchange on the date which is three Business Days before the Utilisation Date or, if later, on the date the Agent receives the Utilisation Request) adjusted to reflect any repayment or prepayment of the Loan.

  • Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage means with respect to any Revolving Credit Lender at any time, such Revolving Credit Lender’s Applicable Percentage in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility at such time.

  • Revolving Credit Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the Termination Date.

  • Tranche B Term Loan as defined in Section 2.1.
