Asbestos abatement consultant means any person or other legal entity, however organized, that acts as an agent for the owner or operator in performing demolitions, renovations, air monitoring, and/or response actions which will involve, or may involve, the removal or disturbance of ACM in any facility. This does not include in-house personnel performing work associated with the performance of that person=s employment

Asbestos abatement consultant means any person that meets the licensing requirements of Rule 21 and acts as an agent for the owner or operator in performing demolitions, renovations, air monitoring, or asbestos response actions that involve, or may involve, the removal or disturbance of asbestos-containing material in any facility. An Asbestos Abatement Consultant provides professional services to an owner or operator to address potential hazards of asbestos- containing material including inspections, project design, air monitoring, and management plans. Additionally, an Asbestos Abatement Consultant may offer advice on the selection of appropriate personnel, work practices, and evaluation of abatement operations.

  • Architect/Engineer (A/E means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1001, and/or a firm employed by Owner or Design-Build Contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.

  • Consulting Engineers means the independent engineer or engineering firm or corporation employed in connection with any Project to perform and carry out the duties of the Consulting Engineer under this Indenture or any Supplemental Indenture.

  • Consulting Engineer /"Consultant" shall mean any firm or person duly appointed as such from time to time by the owner.

  • COMPANY ENGINEER means the following:

The A/E shall be (1) a registered architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, (2) a landscape architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Landscape Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, or (3) a professional engineer or professional surveyor holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Engineers and Surveyors Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4733. As used in the Agreement, the term A/E may include a criteria architect or engineer for a Design-Build project.

  • Demolition works means any physical activity to tear down or break up a structure (or part thereof) or surface, or the like, and includes the loading of demolition waste and the unloading of plant or machinery.

  • Subconsultant means any person or entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 50.

  • Architects/ Consultants means M/s.

  • Geotechnical engineer means a professional engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories and whose principal field of specialization is the design and construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment;

  • Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.

  • Architect’s Contract means Lessee's contract with the Project Architect.

  • Clinical Nurse Consultant means a registered nurse appointed as such to the position, who has at least five years post-basic registration experience and in addition approved post-basic nursing qualifications relevant to the field in which they are appointed or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the employer.

  • Consultant means any person, including an advisor, engaged by the Company or a Parent or Subsidiary to render services to such entity.
