Architect’s Contract means the contract entered into between Owner and Architect in connection with the Project.

Architect’s Contract means the agreement to be executed by and between Borrower and Architect relating to the design of the Improvements, subject to review and acceptance by Lender, and any and all extensions, renewals, modifications, amendments, supplements and replacements thereto or therefor.

More Definitions of Architect’s Contract

Architect’s Contract means the architect’s contract entered into by Owner and Architect providing for the plans, drawings, specifications, contract administration and related materials necessary or appropriate for the construction of the Project.

Architect’s Contract means the architect's agreement by and between any of the Borrowers, as owner, or SDI as agent for any Borrower, and the architect for the particular Facility, or any contract for architectural services relating to the development of the Land and/or the construction of the Improvements for all of the Facilities made by any of the Borrowers and an architect and approved in writing by the Administrative Agent, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior written approval of the Administrative Agent.

Architect’s Contract. The words "Architect's Contract" mean the architect's contract between Borrower and Harry Teague Architects, the architect for the Project.

Architect’s Contract means the agreement dated ___________, [YEAR], by and between Borrower, as owner, and the Architect, as architect, and any other contract for architectural services relating to the development of the Property and/or the construction of the Improvements between Borrower and an architect, and approved in writing by Lender, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior written approval of Lender.

Architect’s Contract means the contract with the Architect with respect to the Project.
