Architect’s Contract means Lessee's contract with the Project Architect.
Architect’s Contract means the agreement to be executed by and between Borrower and Architect relating to the design of the Improvements, subject to review and acceptance by Lender, and any and all extensions, renewals, modifications, amendments, supplements and replacements thereto or therefor.
Architect’s Contract means the architect’s contract entered into by Owner and Architect providing for the plans, drawings, specifications, contract administration and related materials necessary or appropriate for the construction of the Project.

Until all work thereunder has been performed, the Architect’s Contract shall remain in full force and effect, shall not have been modified without Lender’s prior written consent (other than in connection with Immaterial Service Requests), which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and no material default or event of default shall exist thereunder by Borrower.
During the continuance of an event of default by Architect under the Architect’s Contract (following any required notice to Architect and the expiration of any applicable cure period), Lender shall be entitled to withhold the portion of a Disbursement to Borrower which would be otherwise payable to the Architect absent such event of default.

Architect’s Contract mean the architect's contract between Borrower and the architect for the Project.
