Architect's Contract definition

Architect's Contract means Lessee's contract with the Project Architect.
Architect's Contract means the agreement by and between any Borrower, as owner or lessee of the Property, and the Architect, as architect, and any other contract for architectural services relating to the Construction of the Improvements between any Borrower and an architect, and approved in writing by Xxxxxx, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior written approval of Lender, such approval not to be unreasonable withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Architect's Contract means the architect’s contract entered into by Owner and Architect providing for the plans, drawings, specifications, contract administration and related materials necessary or appropriate for the construction of the Project.

  • Borrower shall perform in a timely manner all of its obligations under the Architect’s Contract, the Construction Contract and any and all other contracts and agreements related to the construction or operation of the Improvements, and Borrower will pay when due all bills for services or labor performed and materials supplied in connection with the development of the Land and the construction of the Improvements.
