The Receiving Party is desirous of associating with POWERGRID to facilitate it in preparing a competitive bid for BPC bidding after assessing the Bidding Documents and its subsequent Amendments & Clarifications (if any) for the Package mentioned at para 2.0 above (hereinafter referred to as the “Proposed Transaction”).
