Amendments definition

Amendments are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State. A request to change a contractual term and condition is an example of an amendment.
Amendments means solicitation amendments.
Amendments to this Agreement shall be effective after MONAT notifies you of its revised Agreement, but Amendments shall not apply retroactively prior to the effective date of the Amendment. MONAT shall make the Amended Agreement available to all VIP Customers by e-mail. Your purchase of products after the date upon which an Amendment takes effect shall constitute your acceptance of the Amended Agreement.
