Addenda/Addendum definition

Addenda/Addendum means written supplemental additions, deletions, and modifications to the provisions of the RFQ issued by the Department, after the date of issuance of the RFQ.

Addenda/Addendum means a written change, addition, alteration, correction or revision to a bid proposal or contract document. “Authorized Officer” means the Person that has the ability to bind the Bidder.
