Amadeus System definition

Amadeus System or “System” means the global distribution system (GDS) being developed, operated and distributed by the Amadeus Group.
Amadeus System or “System” means the advanced computer reservation system for the travel industry developed, owned, operated and/or distributed by Amadeus.
Amadeus System means AMADEUS computerised travel information and distribution system which contains information about schedules, availability, fares and related services and through which reservations can be made and/or tickets issued.

  • Subject to Clause 10.4, neither party to the Agreement shall be liable to the other for, nor deemed to be in default of this Agreement on account of any delays, errors, malfunctions or breakdowns in relation to the Amadeus System (in the case of Amadeus) or the Provider System (in the case of Provider), regardless of its negligence.

  • Amadeus shall notify Provider of a scheduled outage or emergency situation affecting the Amadeus System as applicable and as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Any and all costs incurred by Provider or any third party in connection with or as a result of alterations or modifications, except those implemented to correct errors in the Amadeus System, shall be borne by Provider or such other party as the case may be.

  • In the event a Customer Office acquires business that is already utilizing the Amadeus System and Customer desires such business to fall under this Agreement then such business will come under this Agreement on a case by case basis as mutually agreed by the Parties.

  • The applicable Amadeus ACO will provide access to the Amadeus System to Customer Offices.

  • Customer Offices will use the Amadeus System within the Territory according and subject to the terms and conditions herein in exchange for the Incentive payments identified on and subject to Exhibit 3.

  • In exchange for the Customer Offices' commitments related to the promotion and distribution of the Amadeus System as described herein, Xxxxxxx will pay the Customer the Incentives identified on Exhibit 3.

  • Customer Offices shall limit use of and access to the Amadeus System to Customer Office employees and agents as are required to comply with Customer Office obligations hereunder, and Customer Offices shall take all reasonable actions as may be necessary to preserve the confidentiality of the Amadeus System including all data contained therein and to prevent the transfer or disclosure thereof to other persons.


More Definitions of Amadeus System

Amadeus System means the reliable, flexible, neutral, and unbiased computerised travel and travel-related information, sales and distribution hardware and software system developed, operated, and distributed by the AMADEUS Group.

  • SDX System means the system used by NERC to exchange system data.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Waterworks System or “system” means a system of pipes and structures through which water is obtained and distributed, including but not limited to wells and well structures, intakes and cribs, pumping stations, treatment plants, storage tanks, pipelines and appurtenances, or a combination thereof, actually used or intended for use for the purpose of furnishing water for drinking or household purposes.

  • Airport System means two or more airports grouped together and serving the same city or conurbation, as indicated in Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 2408/92;

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • 911 system means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Online tool means an electronic service provided by a custodian that allows the user, in an agreement distinct from the terms-of-service agreement between the custodian and user, to provide directions for disclosure or nondisclosure of digital assets to a third person.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Web Portal means an online entity through which persons are able to effect transactions in securities.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.
