Software System definition

Software System means the Software and Third Party Software.

Software System means the Client Software and the Software Service.

Software System means the standard, unmodified computer programs in object code, unless otherwise specified on Schedule 1, and procedure statements in machine readable form, together with one set of Company standard documentation as listed on Schedule 1. The Software System does not include separate, independent, and stand-alone modules or subsystems which Client has developed and maintained without Company's assistance.

• The Documentation which Supplier is required to provide under this Contract shall be sufficient in detail and content to allow a user/programmer to understand and fully utilize, as applicable, the Software, System Software, Services, Maintenance Services, Product, Application, Licensed Services, Updates and Deliverables without reference to any other materials or information.

Software System means, collectively, any Software Application and the related Application Dashboard and Application Platform; and (iii) “Application Dashboard” means an online user interface used to access a Software Application and organize and display Customer information generated by, uploaded to or stored within any Software System.
