Licensed System definition

Licensed System means, collectively:
Licensed System means a sound broadcasting network or system or any part thereof which the Licensee is authorized to construct, operate and maintain in terms of this Licence;
Licensed System means Licensor’s then-current reservation system pursuant to which Licensor offers inventory of vacant rooms to the public.

  • The amounts payable by Company to BNY in consideration of the performance of services by BNY under the Agreement, including providing access to and use of the Licensed System pursuant to this Schedule C, do not include, and Company will timely pay, all federal, state and local taxes (including sales, use, excise and property taxes), if any, assessed or imposed in connection therewith, excluding any taxes imposed upon BNY based upon BNY's net income.

  • All modifications developed and incorporated into the Licensed System pursuant to a Customization Order are referred to herein as "Company Modifications".

  • BNY shall have no obligation to develop modifications to the Licensed System requested by Company, but may in its discretion agree to develop requested modifications which it, in its sole discretion, reasonably determines it can accomplish with existing resources or with readily obtainable resources without disruption of normal business operations provided Company agrees at such time in writing to pay all costs and expenses, including out-of-pocket expenses, associated with the customized modification.


More Definitions of Licensed System

Licensed System means the proprietary system(s) licensed by Client from FIS or an Affiliate of FIS, or other proprietary system(s) (including Client’s) utilized by Client from time to time for purposes of trade monitoring or operations.
Licensed System means any apparatus, assembly, device, or structure for producing or using a Licensed Product, with or for use with (or without) other accessories.
Licensed System means any public telecommunications system of any description (including a satellite uplink) which the BOCRA has authorised the Licensee to operate in accordance with Clause 2.

Licensed System means transmission systems, switching or routing systems and other resources that permit the conveyance of signals either by wire, by radio, by optical or by other electromagnetic means, that the Licensee is authorized to construct and operate by virtue of this License.
