Licensed System definition

Licensed System means, collectively:
Licensed System means a sound broadcasting network or system or any part thereof which the Licensee is authorized to construct, operate and maintain in terms of this Licence;
Licensed System means Licensor’s then-current reservation system pursuant to which Licensor offers inventory of vacant rooms to the public.

  • Company shall conform its operating system environment to the operating system requirements provided by BNYM for the Licensed System.

  • Company shall solely and exclusively use the Licensed System to perform the computing functions and services made available to the Company by the Licensed System.

  • For clarification: this means the Company will not use any system, subsystem, component or functionality of another service provider to perform functions or services similar to those provided by the Licensed System.

  • BNYM will provide Company with specifications for Company System, including any requirements relating to the connection and operation of the Company System with the Licensed System and Third Party Products.

  • BNYM is not responsible for Company’s or Permitted User’s use of the Licensed System but shall have the right to monitor such use on BNYM’s network solely to verify compliance with the terms and conditions set forth herein and for operational purposes related to the delivery of services by the Licensed System.


More Definitions of Licensed System

Licensed System means any apparatus, assembly, device, or structure for producing or using a Licensed Product, with or for use with (or without) other accessories.
Licensed System means the proprietary system(s) licensed by Client from FIS or an Affiliate of FIS, or other proprietary system(s) (including Client’s) utilized by Client from time to time for purposes of trade monitoring or operations.
Licensed System means the Telecommunication Systems which are in existence and operational or installed or otherwise provided, maintained and/or operated by the Licensee now and at any time and from time to time during the validity of the License for the purpose of providing Licensed Services by whatever means allowed under the License.
Licensed System means, collectively, (i) the functionalities, as of an applicable License Effective Date, of any one or more of the following which the Company is given the right to access and use by BNYM: (A) any mainframe transfer agent recordkeeping, processing and reporting computer systems utilized by BNYM to provide services to the Company, (B) any one or more components or subsystems of such mainframe systems, (C) any surround systems or subsystems owned or licensed by BNYM with which such mainframe systems either interface, provide or receive data, and (D) any one or more components of such systems or subsystems; including without limitation the systems, subsystems and components listed on Exhibit 1 (the "Functionalities"); (ii) Updates to a Functionality; (iii) General Upgrades to a Functionality, and (iv) Company Modifications (defined at Section 2.16).
Licensed System means transmission systems, switching or routing systems and other resources that permit the conveyance of signals either by wire, by radio, by optical or by other electromagnetic means, that the Licensee is authorized to construct and operate by virtue of this License.
Licensed System means any public telecommunications system of any description (including a satellite uplink) which the BOCRA has authorised the Licensee to operate in accordance with Clause 2.
Licensed System means the specific computer or computer system on which the Software under this Agreement is intended to run.
