Advisory Board/Committee definition

Advisory Board/Committee means a specific CRISP Advisory BoardCommittee (sometimes referred to as Board of Advisors), each of which is composed of qualified third-parties selected through a public nomination process as described in the Policies and Procedures and formed to advise CRISP as to matters related to the HIE and the DirectCRISP Services. Information about membership on the Advisory BoardCommittee, current members, vacancies and the public nomination process for Advisory Board membership is available to Participants on the CRISP website. Standing Advisory Committees include Clinical Advisory, Technology Advisory, Finance Advisory, and Privacy and Security Advisory Committees.
