Advertising Policies. All copy hosted on or linked to the AIP website is subject to approval by the AIP. AIP reserves the right to reject any advertisement deemed unsuitable. There will be no extra charge for any changes made at the time of the annual renewal. The fee for all other ad page changes will be $50. Positioning on the AIP web page will be determined by AIP. Any disputes regarding placement or suitability will be unilaterally decided by AIP. Member’s web advertisement shall be removed from AIP’s website if payment is not received within thirty days after the date payment is due or if the member no longer qualifies to advertise under AIP’s web guidelines. Member agrees to hold harmless and indemnify AIP from all damages, costs, and expenses, of any nature whatsoever, for which AIP may become liable by reason of its publication of Member’s advertising. Liability for errors shall not exceed the cost of the annual web service in which the error occurred. In the event that any federal, state or local taxes are imposed on the aforementioned services, such taxes shall be assumed and paid by the Member. Advertising Policies. Representatives are expected to engage in responsible, legal and environmentally friendly advertising and marketing activities directed to Customers, potential Customers or potential Representatives. Appropriate locations for distribution of advertising and marketing materials include bulletin boards, message boards and digital message boards located in public places and private businesses. Inappropriate forms of advertising are intrusive and contrary to the high quality/premium nature of the brand, and include but are not limited to, signage on telephone poles and flyers left on car windshields and any practice on a digital network that is outside the terms and conditions of such digital network or platform.
