Annual Renewal. All LLS grants are subject to an annual renewal; continued funding of this Grant is contingent upon the availability of funds and research progress. Where funding is not available for a renewal and LLS does not elect to renew this Agreement, the Grantee will be given 60 days’ notice in writing that the Grant will not continue. LLS does not send out continuation notices if the Grant has been renewed.

Every year (or at the end of your plan date (Blue Badge Expiry Date), you may be requested to provide up-to-date evidence that any vehicle registered to your Account which is registered for the Scheme Vehicle Plan is still eligible for the Disabled User and Emergency Service Scheme Vehicle Plan. If such evidence is required you will be asked to provide it not later than 30 days prior to the anniversary of the DUES Start Date or the Blue Badge Expiry Date.

Annual Renewal. This Agreement shall automatically renew each year on its anniversary date unless terminated as provided below. Upon renewal, the same terms and conditions contained in this Agreement shall apply except that Licensor shall provide Customer with a revised License Fee/Invoice thirty (30) days before the anniversary date of this Agreement. Annual Renewal. I/we understand and agree that enrollment in the School for the 2017–2018 year does not guarantee continuing enrollment. The School’s primary objective is to find the right match between Student, Family, and School. As each year progresses, the School will continue to monitor each child’s progress and his or her family’s support for the School’s policies, programs, and ideals. Should it become clear, in the exclusive discretion of the Principal, that Lakeland Montessori has proven to not be an appropriate match with either the Student or the Student’s family, the School will communicate its decision not to invite the Student to re-enroll for the following year during the normal re-enrollment period. Annual Renewal. Each year the term and provisions of this Agreement shall automatically extend for a total three-year period and unless either party notified the other in writing to the contrary at least 30 days prior to the applicable October date that it, or he, does not want the term to so extend.
Annual Renewal. 5.1 The Annual Fee for any Material is payable yearly in advance for the period from 1 July to 30 June. It will be charged by CellBank on 1 July for that Material, and will be based on the number of Vials of the Material in the relevant Collection stored by CellBank for Depositor as at 1 July, notwithstanding multiple deposits of the Material into this Collection by the Depositor in the preceding year. Each Annual Fee is non-refundable even if Vials of the Material are retrieved during the year covered by the Annual Fee.
Annual Renewal. Collaborator is only obligated to pay a Sponsorship fee for its current year of membership. Electing any given level of Sponsorship does not obligate Collaborator to renew its membership or pay any fee for any future year.
