Trading Policy definition
Trading Policy means the Company’s policy permitting certain individuals to sell Company shares only during certain “window” periods and/or otherwise restricts the ability of certain individuals to transfer or encumber Company shares, as in effect from time to time.
Trading Policy means any exchange and/or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ policy that may be established by Manager or PubCo, as may be amended from time to time.
Trading Policy shall have the meaning set forth in Section 19.
Examples of Trading Policy in a sentence
Specifically, and without limitation, Executive agrees that Executive shall not purchase or sell stock in the Company at any time (a) that Executive possesses material non-public information about the Company or any of its businesses; and (b) outside of designated “trading windows” as may be determined by the Company from time to time, as set forth in the Trading Policy.
Executive has read and agrees to comply in all respects with the Company’s Securities Trading Policy (the “Trading Policy”), as the Trading Policy may be amended from time to time.
More Definitions of Trading Policy
Trading Policy means the Company’s Pre-Clearance Policy permitting officers, directors and other employees to buy or sell Company shares on the open market only after pre-clearance, as set forth in the policy, subject to the terms of the Pre-Clearance Policy, as in effect from time to time.
