Adjoining Premises definition

Adjoining Premises means any land or buildings adjoining or nearby the Building, whether or not owned by the Landlord (unless express reference is made to the Landlord’s ownership of those premises);
Adjoining Premises means any land or buildings adjoining or near to the Premises owned by the Landlord.
Adjoining Premises means any nearby property in which the Landlord (or where the Landlord is a company any company that is a member of the Landlord's Group) has or acquires during the Term a freehold or leasehold interest
