In order to compensate the Town for Company's entry upon and deployment of Small Wireless Facilities within the Public Way, and continued inspection and monitoring by the Town, and Public Way maintenance, Company shall pay to the Town, on an annual basis, a non-refundable fee of two hundred seventy dollars ($270.00) per each Small Wireless Facility, or such other amount as may be adopted by resolution of the Town Council consistent with applicable Law (the “Right-of-Way Fee”).
