Access Channels definition

Access Channels means any channel or portion of a channel utilized for public, educational or governmental programming.
Access Channels means those channels designated and maintained by a cable communications system for programming not originated or procured by the system, including, but not limited to, the local government, the educational, and the public access channels described in and required by Sections 21.60.090 through 21.60.140.
Access Channels means public, educational and/or governmental access channel(s).

More Definitions of Access Channels

Access Channels means those channels required by this ordinance to be kept available by the Grantee for partial or total dedication to public access, educational access, and local government access.
