Upon Housing and Residence Life’s receipt of an accommodation notice from the Educational Access Center, Housing and Residence Life will work with Resident to implement the accommodation.
Requests to allow a support animal in any On-Campus Housing must be made through the Educational Access Center (EAC).
As used in this Section, such “Access Facilities” includes the Channels, services, facilities, equipment, technical components and/or financial support provided under this Franchise, which is used or useable by and for Public Access, Educational Access, and Government Access (“PEG” or “PEG Access”).
Grantee shall also use reasonable efforts to institute common SD and HD Access Channel assignments among the CCUA members served by the same Headend as City for compatible Access programming, for example, assigning all Educational Access Channels programmed by higher education organizations to the same Channel number.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the criteria for the number of hours that an Educational Access Channel must be programmed shall not apply during the summer months when school is not in session for four (4) of the Educational Access Channels.
