ACA Services definition

ACA Services means the information reporting services provided by PeopleGuru to Customer to assist it in complying with the employer shared responsibility provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“ACA”) and regulations thereunder with respect to reporting by applicable large employers to the Internal Revenue Service.

Examples of ACA Services in a sentence

  • If Client is purchasing Essential ACA Services and the pricing for such Services is not bundled with Client's pricing for payroll processing services, billing for such Services will begin on the earlier of (i) the date that the services are available for use by Client in a production environment OR (ii) ninety (90) days from the Effective Date.

  • Ultimate Software shall provide Customer an opportunity to cure such failure that is capable of cure within thirty (30) days of Customer’s receipt of written notice or such lesser period to the extent that such failure materially inhibits or prohibits Ultimate Software’s ability to perform the U.S. Payment Services or ACA Services (or any portion thereof).

  • TotalSource will only provide ACA Reporting Services for the calendar year containing the Effective Date of the Agreement (“Initial Calendar Year”) for Clients that complete this ACA Services Acknowledgement and Election Form and request such services.

  • If Client is receiving TotalSource Select Services, whereby Client is not participating in the TotalSource Health and Welfare Plan, the following will apply with respect to this ACA Services Acknowledgement and Election Form.

  • An applicable traffic citation may be issued to the driver(s) of the vehicle(s) involved in an accident on the highway regardless of the roadway surface conditions or the weather unless, at the Officer’s discretion, the obvious majority of traffic, (more than 50%), traveling on the same roadway encounters similar difficulty.

  • In the event Customer rejects an amendment or update to the terms of this Exhibit and such rejection materially inhibits or prohibits UKG’s ability to perform the Payment Services or ACA Services (or any portion thereof), UKG shall have the option to terminate the Payment Services (or any portion thereof) upon written notice to Customer.

  • In the event Customer rejects this change and such rejection materially inhibits or prohibits Ultimate Software’s ability to perform the U.S. Payment Services or ACA Services (or any portion thereof), then Ultimate Software shall have the option to terminate the U.S. Payment Services (or any portion thereof) upon written notice to Customer.

Related to ACA Services

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Special Services means all forms of services pertaining

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Processing Services means any and all services necessary or convenient for operation of the Program, including the issuance of cards or the processing of transactions or settlements in accordance with applicable Payment Network Rules and Applicable Law. Such services shall include: set-up and maintenance of cardholder accounts, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and settlement, Payment Network access, cardholder dispute resolution, Payment Network compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, customer service, collections and activity reporting.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Communication Services means aeronautical fixed and mobile services to enable ground-to-ground, air-to-ground and air-to-air communications for ATC purposes;

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.
