ABL Facility Security Documents means the ABL Facility Security Agreement, the ABL Mortgages and any other documents now existing or entered into after the date hereof that create Liens on any assets or properties of any Grantor to secure any ABL Obligations.

ABL Facility Security Documents means the ABL Facility Security Agreement, the other Security Documents (as defined in the ABL Facility Credit Agreement) and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any ABL Facility Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed, together with any amendments, replacements, modifications, extensions, renewals or supplements to, or restatements or amendments and restatements of, any of the foregoing.

ABL Facility Security Documents means the security agreements, mortgages and other documents relating to the Collateral and the instruments filed and recorded in appropriate jurisdictions to preserve and protect the Liens on the Collateral securing any ABL Obligations.

  • ABL Facility Documents means the agreements and other instruments governing the ABL Facility, together with any guarantees thereof and any security documents, other collateral documents and other instruments relating thereto (including documents and instruments governing Hedging Obligations required by the ABL Facility or relating to ABL Obligations).

  • ABL Security Documents means any agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any ABL Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.
