ABL Bank Products Affiliate means any lender under the ABL Credit Agreement or any Affiliate of any such lender that has entered into a Bank Products Agreement with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with the obligations of the Company or any such Subsidiary, as applicable, being secured by one or more ABL Facility Collateral Documents.
ABL Bank Products Affiliate means any Person who (a) has entered into a Bank Products Agreement with an ABL Credit Party with the obligations of such ABL Credit Party thereunder being secured by one or more ABL Collateral Documents, (b) was an ABL Credit Agreement Lender or an Affiliate of an ABL Credit Agreement Lender on the date hereof, or at the time of entry into such Bank Products Agreement, or at the time of the designation referred to in the following clause (c), and (c) has been designated by the Company in accordance with the terms of one or more ABL Collateral Documents (provided that no Person shall, with respect to any Bank Products Agreement, be at any time a Bank Products Affiliate hereunder with respect to more than one Credit Facility).
ABL Bank Products Affiliate means any Person who (a) has entered into a Bank Products Agreement with an ABL Credit Party with the obligations of such ABL Credit Party thereunder being secured by one or more ABL Collateral Documents, (b) was an ABL Credit Agreement Lender or an ABL Agent or an Affiliate of an ABL Credit Agreement Lender or an ABL Agent, in each case, on the date the applicable ABL Credit Agreement became effective, or at the time of entry into such Bank Products Agreement, or at the time of the designation referred to in the following clause (c), and (c) if and as applicable, has been designated by the Company in accordance with the terms of one or more ABL Documents (provided that no Person shall, with respect to any Bank Products Agreement, be at any time a Bank Products Affiliate hereunder with respect to more than one Credit Facility).

ABL Bank Products Affiliate means any ABL Credit Agreement Lender and any other “Cash Management Bank” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.
ABL Bank Products Affiliate means the ABL Agent, any lender under the Senior ABL Agreement or any Affiliate of the ABL Agent or any lender under the Senior ABL Agreement (in each case that is not also a lender under the Senior Term Agreement) that has entered into a Bank Products Agreement with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with the obligations of the Company or any such Subsidiary, as applicable, being secured by one or more ABL Facility Collateral Documents.
ABL Bank Products Affiliate means any ABL Agent, any ABL Lender and any of their respective Affiliates who provide Cash Management Services or Bank Products to an ABL Credit Party.
ABL Bank Products Affiliate means any ABL Lender or any Affiliate of an ABL Lender (or any Person that was an ABL Lender or an Affiliate of an ABL Lender at the time it entered into an agreement to provide ABL Bank Products to an ABL Loan Party or direct or indirect Subsidiaries thereof) that provides ABL Bank Products to any of the ABL Loan Parties or direct or indirect Subsidiaries thereof with the obligations of such ABL Loan Parties or direct or indirect Subsidiaries thereof thereunder being secured by one or more ABL Collateral Documents, together with their respective successors, assigns and transferees.
ABL Bank Products Affiliate means any ABL Credit Agreement Lender and any other “Cash Management Bank” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement. “ABL Borrowers” shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the introduction to this Agreement. “ABL Collateral Agreement” shall mean the “U.S. Security Agreement” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement as in effect on the date hereof. “ABL Collateral Documents” shall mean all “Collateral Documents” as defined in the Original ABL Credit Agreement, and all other security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust and other collateral documents executed and delivered in connection with any ABL Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof. “ABL Credit Agreement” shall mean the Original ABL Credit Agreement and any other agreement extending the maturity of, consolidating, restructuring, refunding, replacing or refinancing all or any portion of the ABL Obligations, whether by the same or any other agent, lender or group of lenders and whether or not increasing the amount of any Indebtedness that may be incurred thereunder.
