Required Facility Documents definition

Required Facility Documents means all licenses, permits, authorizations, and agreements necessary for construction, operation, interconnection, and maintenance of the Facility including without limitation those set forth in Exhibit B.

Required Facility Documents means all Permits and agreements now or hereafter necessary for the development, construction, ownership, operation and maintenance of the Facility including the documents (i) to which Seller and Buyer are a party evidencing the Security Interests and (ii) those set forth in Exhibit C.

Required Facility Documents means all licenses, permits, authorizations, and agreements, including a Generation Interconnection Agreement or equivalent, necessary for construction, operation, and maintenance of the Facility consistent with the terms of this Agreement, including without limitation those set forth in Exhibit C.

Examples of Required Facility Documents in a sentence

• Seller shall, promptly upon written request from Buyer, provide Buyer with all data reasonably requested by Xxxxx relating to environmental information under the Required Facility Documents.

• To Seller’s knowledge, no unusual or burdensome conditions are expected by Seller to be placed upon, or created by, any of the Required Facility Documents.

• Xxxxx’s duty to comply with this Agreement is conditioned on Seller’s submission to Buyer before the Commercial Operation Date and maintaining thereafter copies of all Required Facility Documents.

• Seller shall at all times during the Term, own, lease, control, hold in its own name or be signatory to all Required Facility Documents (as the case may be) relating to the Facility to the extent necessary to prevent a material adverse effect on Buyer’s right to specific performance or injunctive relief.

• All Required Facility Documents are set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto.

More Definitions of Required Facility Documents

Required Facility Documents means the Permits and other authorizations, rights and agreements necessary for construction, ownership, operation, and maintenance of the Facility, and to deliver the Net Output to PacifiCorp in accordance with this Agreement and Requirements of Law, including those listed in Exhibit D.

Required Facility Documents means all licenses, permits, authorizations, and agreements necessary for operation and maintenance of the QF Facility including without limitation those set forth in Exhibit C.

Required Facility Documents means the Permits and other material authorizations, material rights and material agreements necessary for construction, ownership, operation, and maintenance of the Facility, and to deliver the Product to PacifiCorp in accordance with this Agreement and Requirements of Law, including those listed in Exhibit D.

Required Facility Documents means all licenses, permits, authorizations, and agreements, including an Interconnection Agreement and Transmission Agreement(s), necessary for construction, operation and maintenance of the Facility, and delivery of Facility output, consistent with the terms of this Agreement. The Required Facility Documents are set forth in Exhibit C.

Required Facility Documents means those documents identified in Exhibit C.

Required Facility Documents means all Permits, authorizations, rights and agreements now or hereafter necessary for construction, operation, and maintenance of the Facility, including those set forth in Exhibit 3.2.6. Nothing set forth in Exhibit 3.2.6 limits the obligations of Seller to obtain the Permits set forth in Exhibit H or otherwise required hereunder.

Required Facility Documents means all Permits and any other authorizations, rights, CAISO certifications and agreements now or hereafter necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Facility and the Premises and the generation and transmission for energy and receipt of gas, including those set forth in Exhibit 3.2.9. Nothing set forth in Exhibit 3.2.9 limits the obligations of MMC to obtain the Permits required hereunder.
