ABL Facility Collateral Documents definition
ABL Facility Collateral Documents means the ABL Facility Collateral Agreement, the ABL Intercreditor Agreement, the intellectual property security agreements, the mortgages and each other agreement, instrument or other document entered into in favor of the ABL Collateral Agent or any of the other ABL Facility Secured Parties for purposes of securing the ABL Facility Obligations (including the guarantees thereof), as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
ABL Facility Collateral Documents has the meaning ascribed thereto in the ABL Intercreditor Agreement.
ABL Facility Collateral Documents means the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, dated as of April 3, 2018 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), among Parent, the Company certain of its Subsidiaries identified therein as guarantors and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as the collateral agent, together with the documents related thereto (including any supplements thereto), the ABL Intercreditor Agreement, the intellectual property security agreements, the mortgages and each other agreement, instrument or other document entered into in favor of the ABL Collateral Agent or any of the other ABL Facility Secured Parties for purposes of securing the ABL Facility Obligations (including the guarantees thereof), as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Each Grantor hereby consents to the provisions of this Agreement and the intercreditor arrangements provided for herein and agrees that the obligations of the Grantors under the ABL Facility Collateral Documents and the Non-ABL Collateral Documents will in no way be diminished or otherwise affected by such provisions or arrangements (except as expressly provided herein, including under Section 2.05 and Section 6.11).
