Security Documents. The due and punctual payment of the principal of, interest, Additional Amounts and premium, if any, on the Notes and any Note Guarantee when and as the same shall be due and payable, whether on an interest payment date, at maturity, by acceleration, repurchase, redemption or otherwise, and interest on the overdue principal of and interest and Additional Amounts (to the extent permitted by law), if any, on the Notes and any Note Guarantee and performance of all other obligations of the Issuer and any Guarantor to the Holders of Notes, the Trustee and the Security Agent under this Indenture, the Notes and any Note Guarantee, according to the terms hereunder or thereunder, are secured as provided in the Collateral Documents and the Intercreditor Agreement. Security Documents. (a) The Collateral Agreement and the Holdings Guarantee and Pledge Agreement are effective to create in favor of the Collateral Agent (for the benefit of the Secured Parties), in each case, a legal, valid and enforceable security interest in the Collateral described therein and proceeds thereof. Security Documents. (a) The payment of the principal of and interest and premium, if any, on the Notes when due, whether on an Interest Payment Date, at maturity, by acceleration, repurchase, redemption or otherwise and whether by the Issuers pursuant to the Notes or by the Subsidiary Guarantors pursuant to the Subsidiary Guarantees, the payment of all other Notes Obligations and the performance of all other obligations of the Issuers and the Subsidiary Guarantors under this Indenture, the Notes, the Subsidiary Guarantees and the Security Documents shall be secured as provided in the Security Documents, which the Issuers and the applicable Subsidiary Guarantors entered into on the Issue Date and will be secured by Security Documents hereafter delivered as required or permitted by this Indenture.
