Hedging Obligations definition
Hedging Obligations means, with respect to any specified Person, the obligations of such Person under:
Hedging Obligations of any Person means the obligations of such Person pursuant to any Interest Rate Agreement or Currency Agreement.
Hedging Obligations means, with respect to any Person, the obligations of such Person under (i) interest rate swap agreements, interest rate cap agreements and interest rate collar agreements, and (ii) other agreements or arrangements designed to protect such Person against fluctuations in interest or currency exchange rates.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Hedging Obligations and Bank Product Obligations may be excluded from the application described above without any liability to the Administrative Agent, if the Administrative Agent has not received written notice, together with such supporting documentation as the Administrative Agent may request, from the applicable Lender-Related Hedge Provider or Bank Product Provider.
The Administrative Agent shall not be required to verify the payment of, or that other satisfactory arrangements have been made with respect to, Hedging Obligations or Bank Product Obligations in the case of a Maturity Date.
