Xxxxxxx’x Compensation Insurance. The Contractor shall procure and maintain Xxxxxxx’x Compensation Insurance at its own expense during the life of this contract, including occupational disease provisions for all of Contractor’s employees. The Contractor shall also require each subcontractor to furnish Xxxxxxx’x Compensation Insurance, including occupational disease provisions for all of the latter’s employees; otherwise, it accepts full liability and responsibility for subcontractor’s employees. In cases where any class of employee is engaged in hazardous work under this Contract, and is not protected under the Xxxxxxx’x Compensation statute, the Contractor shall provide, and shall cause each subcontractor to provide, adequate and suitable insurance for the protection of its employees not otherwise protected.

Xxxxxxx’x Compensation Insurance. If Xxxxxxx'x Compensation Insurance applies to an illness or accident, the Board will be responsible for paying only the difference between the Xxxxxxx'x Compensation payment and the actual salary of the teacher.
Xxxxxxx’x Compensation Insurance. The policy shall cover all of the Contractor’s employees, employed at the site and, in case any work is sublet, the Contractor shall require the subcontractor to provide unlimited Workmen’s Compensation Insurance coverage and in accordance with the New Jersey statutes for employer’s liability for all his employees unless such employees are covered by the Contractor.
Xxxxxxx’x Compensation Insurance. In case of accidental personal injury to any employee arising out of any accident in the course of his employment, the City shall pay to the employee the difference between the amount received from the insurance company or Xxxxxxx'x Compensation carrier and the employee's regular pay check. Said payments to be made by the City until the employee is able to return to work, but in no event shall such payments by the City exceed twenty-six (26) weeks.
Xxxxxxx’x Compensation Insurance. Vendor agrees to maintain proper Xxxxxxx’x Compensation Insurance covering all of Vendor’s employees and subcontractors performing work on COMCO’s premises under this Order.
