Xxxxxx and Safety. 28.1The Supplier shall promptly notify the Customer of any health and safety hazards which may arise in connection with the performance of its obligations under the Contract. The Customer shall promptly notify the Supplier of any health and safety hazards which may exist or arise at the Customer’s Premises and which may affect the Supplier in the performance of its obligations under the Contract.
Xxxxxx and Safety. 24.1The Supplier shall promptly notify the Commissioner of any health and safety hazards which may arise in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. The Commissioner shall promptly notify the Supplier of any health and safety hazards which may exist or arise at the Premises and which may affect the Supplier in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.

Licensee shall take all necessary and reasonable safety precautions and shall comply with all Applicable Laws pertaining to the safety of persons and real and personal property at or on the Licensed Area and the operation of the System. Licensee shall immediately report to the Judicial Council any death, loss time injury, or property damage to the Judicial Council’s property that occurs within the Facility, the Site, the Licensed Area, or as part of Licensee's operation of the System.
Xxxxxx and Safety. Contractor shall perform any and all of its obligations under this Contract in a manner that does not compromise the health and safety of any DSHS client with whom the Contractor has contact.
Xxxxxx and Safety. 8.1The Service Provider shall promptly notify the Authority of any health and safety hazards, which may arise in connection with the performance of this agreement. The Authority shall promptly notify the Service Provider of any health and safety hazards that may exist or arise at the Authority's premises and that may affect the Service Provider in the performance of the agreement.

(a) The Parties shall comply with all applicable legislation, rules and/or regulations on the health and safety of workers and/or employees, as well as health and safety of the public in the vicinity. Customer shall provide and shall procure that its employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors provide safe work surroundings for Personnel and other representatives and shall take those measures prescribed by law and any other measures necessary for the prevention of accidents at the site and to ensure the health and safety of Personnel at the site. Customer shall timely inform Personnel of required safety precautions and advise Signify of all applicable site-specific health, safety, security and environmental requirements and procedures. Signify has the right, but not the obligation, to, from time to time, review and inspect applicable health, safety, security and environmental documentation, procedures and conditions at the site.
Xxxxxx and Safety. 18.1The Service Provider shall promptly notify Oxford City Council of any health and safety hazards which may arise in connection with the performance of the Services or this Agreement. Oxford City Council shall promptly notify the Service Provider of any health and safety hazards which may exist or arise at Oxford City Council Premises and which may affect the Service Provider in the performance of the Agreement.

Xxxxxx and Safety. 18.1Health. The Contractor shall ensure that all of its personnel assigned to DOC sites is trained in the requirements of Chapter 296-823 WAC, blood borne pathogens. Further, the Contractor shall provide all such personnel with protections from blood borne and other body fluid diseases that meet or exceed the WAC standards for such protection. If the Contractor is a health care provider whose duties include the medical or physical care of Individuals or emergency or medical treatment of employees, the Contractor shall abide by the requirements of Chapter 296-823 WAC as well as standard medical practice.
