XXXX’x Project Manager. XXXX shall provide the services of the project manager, as proposed during original Request for Proposal selection process. XXXX’x project manager, if different than designated representative, shall represent XXXX in the absence of XXXX’x designated representative or alternate, and all directions given to the project manager shall be binding as if given to XXXX. Owner may require XXXX to replace the project manager whose conduct or performance is unsatisfactory. XXXX shall not change its project manager without Owner’s consent unless the project manager is unsatisfactory to XXXX or ceases to be in XXXX'x employ. If XXXX’x project manager leaves the Project, XXXX shall replace him or her within 24 hours (unless additional time is agreed upon by Owner) with a new, well-qualified project manager acceptable to Owner.

  • City’s Project Manager The City’s Project Manager is Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx. The City shall give Contractor prompt written notice of any re-designation of its Project Manager.

  • County’s Project Manager Note: The written approval of substituted A-E Key Personnel is for departmental use only and shall not be used for auditing purposes outside OC Public Works or other County department.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement.   • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Project Monitor The Project shall be monitored by the Sponsor through the Director of the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx County Human Services Department (“Project Monitor”). In the event of noncompliance with this Grant Contract by Grantee, the Project Monitor shall report said noncompliance to the Lancaster County Board for further action which may include termination of the Grant Contract.
