Materials and/or equipment. 24.1.1The Contractor undertakes to implement all the appropriate measures to guarantee the strict compliance with obligations corresponding to the Contractor in accordance with the provisions of all the applicable national, provincial, and municipal environmental legislation, especially with regard to the correct packaging and labelling of the supplied products (packaging date, manufacturing date, expiration date, etc.), as well as the returnability of containers for chemical products where such products are deemed to be dangerous preparations by applicable laws, notwithstanding any future legal developments that may arise in this respect in the future, and to reinstate the damage caused as a consequence of any breach of the applicable regulations.

The Supplier undertakes to adopt the necessary measures to ensure strict compliance with the obligations that correspond to it by the application of all current environmental legislation and regulations that may be applicable, especially with regard to the correct packaging and labelling of the products supplied (date of packaging, manufacturing, expiry of the product, etc.), as well as the returnability of chemical product containers, in those cases in which said products are considered to be dangerous preparations according to the legislation in force, without prejudice to any other legal development which may occur in the future on the particular, needing to repair the damage that has occurred as a result of any non-compliance with the environmental regulations in force that may be applicable.
