WORKING AREA; COORDINATION WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS. FINAL CLEANUP The CONTRACTOR shall confine his equipment, storage of materials and construction operations to the area shown on the contract drawings or stated in the specifications, prescribed by ordinance, laws, or permits or as may be directed by the OWNER, and shall not unreasonably encumber the site or public right-of-way with his construction equipment, plant or materials. Such area shall not be deemed for the exclusive use of the CONTRACTOR. Other contractors of the OWNER may enter upon and use such portions of the area and for such items as determined by the OWNER are necessary for all purposes required by their contracts. The CONTRACTOR shall give to such other contractors all reasonable facilities and assistance to the end that the work on this and other contracts shall not be unduly or unreasonably delayed. Any additional areas desired by the CONTRACTOR for his use shall be provided by him at his own cost and expense. The CONTRACTOR is responsible for cutting, fitting or patching any parts of the Work where such work is necessary to make the Work complete, for parts to fit together, or for any damage to the Work prior to Final Acceptance. The CONTRACTOR shall keep the Project and the surrounding area clean and free from the accumulation of waste materials or trash. Upon completion of the work and before final acceptance and final payment shall be made, the CONTRACTOR shall completely clean and remove from the site of the work surplus and discarded materials, temporary structures and debris of every kind. He shall leave the site of the work in a neat and orderly condition equal to that which originally existed, or as called for in the Contract Documents. Surplus and waste materials removed from the site of the work shall be disposed of at locations satisfactory to the OWNER, and at the CONTRACTOR’S sole cost.

  • Construction With Other Parts Of The Tariff This ISA shall not be construed as an application for service under Part II or Part III of the Tariff.

  • Other Contractors District reserves the right to enter into other agreements for work additional or related to the subject matter of this Contract, and Contractor agrees to cooperate fully with these other contractors and with the District. When requested by District, Contractor shall coordinate its performance under this Contract with such additional or related work. Contractor shall not interfere with the work performance of any other contractor or District employees.

  • Other Activities/Renovations A. The Contractor acknowledges its responsibility to assure the Judicial Council’s quiet enjoyment of the Program and to provide the full service level of the Property for the Program, free from outside distractions, disturbances, and/or interruptions. The Contractor shall avoid assigning any rooms to the Judicial Council or the Attendees during the Program which are adjacent to or across from any group or activity that may generate noise or other distractions, such as construction or other conduct, sufficient to detract from quiet enjoyment of the Program on the Property.

  • Projects The Annexes attached hereto describe the specific projects and the policy reforms and other activities related thereto (each, a “Project”) that the Government will carry out, or cause to be carried out, in furtherance of this Compact to achieve the Objectives and the Compact Goal.

  • Oversight of Subcontractors In the event that Vendor engages subcontractors or other authorized persons or entities to perform one or more of its obligations under the Master Agreement (including subcontracting hosting of the Protected Data to a hosting service provider), it will require those subcontractors or other authorized persons or entities to whom it will disclose the Protected Data to execute legally binding agreements acknowledging their obligation under Section 2-d of the New York Education Law to comply with all applicable data protection, privacy and security requirements required of Vendor under the Master Agreement and applicable state and federal law and regulations.

  • Contractors All LAUSD Contractors and their Representatives are expected to conduct any and all business affiliated with LAUSD in an ethical and responsible manner that fosters integrity and public confidence. A “Contractor” is any individual, organization, corporation, sole proprietorship, partnership, nonprofit, joint venture, association, or any combination thereof that is pursuing or conducting business with and/or on behalf of LAUSD, including, without limitation, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, and any other vendors, bidders or proposers. A Contractor’s “Representative” is also broadly defined to include any subcontractors, employees, agents, or anyone else who acts on a Contractor’s behalf.

  • Subcontractors The Contractor will not subcontract any work under the Contract without prior written consent of the Department. The Contractor is fully responsible for satisfactory completion of all its subcontracted work. The Department supports diversity in its procurements and contracts, and requests that the Contractor offer subcontracting opportunities to certified woman-, veteran-, and minority-owned small businesses.   • Agreements with Subcontractors Business Associate shall enter into a Business Associate Agreement with any Subcontractor to whom it provides PHI received from Covered Entity or created or received by Business Associate on behalf of Covered Entity in which the Subcontractor agrees to the same restrictions and conditions that apply through this Agreement to Business Associate with respect to such PHI. Business Associate must enter into this Business Associate Agreement before any use by or disclosure of PHI to such agent. The written agreement must identify Covered Entity as a direct and intended third party beneficiary with the right to enforce any breach of the agreement concerning the use or disclosure of PHI. Business Associate shall provide a copy of the Business Associate Agreement it enters into with a subcontractor to Covered Entity upon request. Business associate may not make any disclosure of PHI to any Subcontractor without prior written consent of Covered Entity.

  • Disbursements for Site Improvements All payments made by the OPWC for site improvements or other work shall be made directly to the Contractor that performed the work and originated the invoice, unless the request is for disbursement to the Recipient.
